Massage Therapy with Remedial Exercise

A tailored to you, one-to-one yoga class with one of our experienced yoga instructors. This service is for you if you are new to yoga and would like personalized guidance as you start your yoga journey, or, if you already have experience in yoga but are looking for extra guidance while deepening your practice.

Private 1:1 Yoga

A customized rehabilitative movement session. This session will focus on correcting muscle imbalances, posture, mobility issues, injury rehab and prevention. This service is offered by one of our RMT's who also has specialized training in yoga and Pilates.

Rehabilitative movement

The Half & Half Reiki Treatment combines the healing power of therapeutic massage with the energy work of Reiki. The therapeutic massage focuses on relieving tension and promoting muscle relaxation, while Reiki energy healing helps to restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. This unique treatment offers a blend of physical relaxation and energetic rejuvenation for a deeply calming experience.
