Functional Breathing Session
Description
A personalized session designed to retrain dysfunctional breathing patterns and improve oxygen efficiency, sleep, energy, and stress regulation. You’ll receive a breath assessment, learn science-based techniques for nasal breathing, diaphragmatic function, and CO₂ tolerance, and explore tools to support relaxation and performance. This session also teaches how to breathe optimally during rest, daily movement, and exercise. You’ll leave with a customized breathwork plan to continue your progress at home.
