Indie Head Massage with RMT

Massage with cupping. Cupping is a therapeutic technique that utilizes a vacuum force created beneath a small vessel applied onto the skin's surface. This approach focuses on blood and autologous healing substances in a specific area, stimulating metabolic activity, improving immune function, stabilizing blood biochemistry, and releasing fascial restrictions.

A customized rehabilitative movement session. This session will focus on correcting muscle imbalances, posture, mobility issues, injury rehab and prevention. This service is offered by one of our RMT's who also has specialized training in yoga and Pilates.

This unique treatment offers a blend of physical relaxation and energetic rejuvenation for a deeply calming experience.

Half & Half Reiki Treatment

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a therapeutic technique that uses specialized tools to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and fascial adhesions. By applying controlled pressure with an IASTM tool, the therapist can break down fascial restrictions and muscular adhesions, which promotes tissue healing and restores mobility. This technique improves the identification of trigger points, enhances vibration sensitivity, and can lead to improved tissue flexibility and reduced pain over time.
